How to become a registered supplier
Suppliers who wish to apply as our Registered Supplier shall complete the Supplier Self Assessment Form and calculate the total score achieved. If your total score achieved can meet the required minimum score or above, please return the completed Supplier Self Assessment Form together with the supporting documents to the below address and mark the envelope with "Application for Supplier Registration".
